Profile and historiographical debate

[farray, ferrer]

Farray was documented as a blacksmith who was domiciled at Lleida, near the Portal Pintat in the Magdalena. He appears in the documents as a ferrer who was responsible for the clapper of the major bell of La Seu Vella de Lleida. It is also known that on 7 November 1367 the clapper was placed at the sacristy even if it was moved to the workshop of the master, which was located near the Portal Pintat (ALONSO, 1976).
